Craig Cappozzo was named CEO of The Thriving Brands Company, June, 2021.  Prior to this role Craig served as Managing Director of Retail Strategy Partners (RSP) consulting, where he led C-suite engagements focused on creating winning Commercial Strategies with numerous fortune 50 companies including Coca-Cola, Kellogg, Heineken, and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to RSP, Craig had a successful 20 year career at Procter & Gamble, where he held executive positions in General Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, Licensing and Acquisitions, and Treasury.

Rolando Collado was named COO and CSO of The Thriving Brands Company, June, 2021.  Prior to this role Rolando was President of Promoveo Contract Sales Organization, leading the development and deployment of Sales organizations for top Consumer Products Companies including Procter and Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Henkel, and 3M.  Prior to Promoveo, Rolando was President of OnCall, a subsidiary of WPP, where the company focused on Brand Commercialization.  Rolando started his career at Procter and Gamble, where he held various sales management roles and new business development.

Dan Isleib was named CFO of the Thriving Brands Company, January, 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Managing Partner at Apogee Consulting Group where he utilized data and analytics to drive top line growth. Dan also boasts a 20-year career at corporate giants Coca-Cola and Heineken USA, where he made significant contributions in revenue management, finance, and analytics. Dan's commitment to Thriving Brands dates back to its founding, where he has played a crucial role in shaping its financial landscape.

Travis Cassedy was named CSO  of the Thriving Brands Company in May, 2023. Prior to this role, Travis has held the position of VP of Operations at both a high-growth consumer goods start-up and a well-established consumer goods company. In both instances, Travis led successful operations across a wide range of contract manufacturing partners to meet consumer demand in the world’s largest retailers, wholesalers and ecommerce companies. His 20-year career in strategic supply operations and engineering includes four years at Procter & Gamble.

Jenni Pustinger was named Chief Growth Officer of The Thriving Brands Company in April, 2024, after a year with the team leading brand relaunch efforts. Prior to Thriving Brands, Jenni was Chief Marketing Officer at a high-growth consumer goods start-up. Jenni’s 30-year career includes 17 years in in brand management at Procter & Gamble. She also led customer innovation and shopper marketing for Walmart and the Club channel at The Hershey Company and headed a team of 120 marketers for Whole Foods Market.
