Chief Executive & Chief Marketing Officer
Craig Cappozzo was named CEO and CMO of The Thriving Brands Company, June, 2021. Prior to this role Craig served as Managing Director of Retail Strategy Partners (RSP) consulting, where he led C-suite engagements focused on creating winning Commercial Strategies with numerous fortune 50 companies including Coca-Cola, Kellogg, Heineken, and Johnson & Johnson. Prior to RSP, Craig had a successful 20 year career at Procter & Gamble, where he held executive positions in General Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, Licensing and Acquisitions, and Treasury.
Chief Operating & Chief Sales Officer
Rolando Collado was named COO and CSO of The Thriving Brands Company, June, 2021. Prior to this role Rolando was President of Promoveo Contract Sales Organization, leading the development and deployment of Sales organizations for top Consumer Products Companies including Procter and Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Henkel, and 3M. Prior to Promoveo, Rolando was President of OnCall, a subsidiary of WPP, where the company focused on Brand Commercialization. Rolando started his career at Procter and Gamble, where he held various sales management roles and new business development.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Mitchell was named CFO of The Thriving Brands Company, June, 2021. Prior to this role Mark was Vice President of Finance at Pro Football Focus (PFF) where he led all aspects of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, and Treasury Management, both domestically and internationally. Prior to PFF, Mark was Controller at Omnicare, where he was responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue forecasting and Analysis, Internal Controls, Cost Reductions programs and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
